I encourage anyone with concerns to reach out directly. All communications are treated with strict confidentiality, and I will work diligently to ensure that your matter receives the attention it deserves while upholding the principles of natural justice and institutional integrity.

Grievance Resolution Process

Step-by-step procedure for addressing concerns

1
Informal Resolution
Attempt to resolve the issue directly with the involved party through open communication and dialogue before filing a formal grievance.
2
Formal Complaint
Submit a written grievance to the Grievance Hearing Coordinator, detailing the nature of the concern and desired resolution.
3
Preliminary Review
The coordinator reviews the complaint to determine jurisdiction, appropriateness, and whether informal resolution is still possible.
4
Committee Formation
If necessary, a grievance committee is formed with impartial members to hear the case and make recommendations.
5
Hearing Process
A formal hearing is conducted where all parties present their perspectives, evidence, and witnesses if applicable.
6
Decision & Resolution
The committee deliberates and issues a written decision with recommendations for resolution and any necessary actions.
7
Appeal Process
If unsatisfied with the outcome, parties may appeal the decision through established institutional appeal procedures.
8
Implementation & Follow-up
Ensure that decisions are implemented and conduct follow-up to verify resolution and address any ongoing concerns.
