Our Metal Manufacturing Workshop is a 500-square-meter facility equipped with modern machinery and tools that provide students with hands-on experience in various metalworking processes. The workshop is designed to simulate real-world manufacturing environments, preparing students for careers in the metal industry.
The facility operates on a two-shift basis to accommodate all students and features dedicated areas for different manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal workflow and safety.

Our workshop is divided into specialized areas for different manufacturing processes
Equipped with plasma cutters, band saws, shearing machines, and oxy-fuel cutting equipment for precise metal cutting operations.
Dedicated area for metal forming, bending, rolling, and assembly operations with hydraulic presses and bending machines.
Features lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and CNC equipment for precision machining operations.
Specialized area with various welding equipment including MIG, TIG, arc welding, and gas welding stations.
Area dedicated to surface preparation, painting, powder coating, and quality inspection of finished products.
Computer lab with CAD/CAM software for design, planning, and simulation of manufacturing processes.
We prioritize safety with comprehensive measures and training
Mandatory use of safety glasses, welding helmets, gloves, and protective clothing. PPE is provided to all students.
Complete fire suppression system, emergency showers, first aid stations, and clearly marked emergency exits.
Industrial-grade ventilation and fume extraction systems to maintain air quality in welding and cutting areas.
All students undergo mandatory safety training before accessing equipment. Regular safety drills conducted.
Regular maintenance and certification of all machinery. Equipment lockout/tagout procedures in place.
24/7 CCTV monitoring and constant supervision by qualified technicians during workshop hours.
